Online-only stores vs In store purchases

With the era of online purchases, it has made it possible to purchase items at our finger tips. However, this does have several disadvantages.

Advantages to in store purchases:
1. Local repair and maintenance for your purchase if necessary, and warranty work
2. Free shipping option - you pick up in store same day if/when in stock
3. Return or exchanges if necessary, along with after purchase support and free classes on many machines bought in store
4. Customer service - we are here to help you in person, discuss your purchase, and even demonstrate if applicable
5. Try it out - just ask us and we'll be happy to give you opportunities to try out machines before your purchase

Please remember to support your local businesses so they will be here when you need them.
