This certified serviced sewing machine comes with 10 pattern cams, several presser feet, accessory tray, the original manual, and flyers. This vintage Swiss built Elna is a collectors item. It was engineered like a Swiss watch and is much quieter than the newer machines. Create tri-motion designs like the little * you can see on the denim we sewed. Unlike the new machines it has clearly marked with red where to oil it for years of more use.
