Shipping Policy

We ship with UPS Ground for most machines and products. Small or lightweight products may be shipped using USPS First Class or Priority. We strive to handle shipments within 1 or 2 days of the order being placed, aside from orders placed on Sundays as we are closed every Sunday. Orders generally will be shipped out within 1 or 2 business days.

Return Policy

We want you to be happy with any machine or item purchased from us. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we ask that you contact us so that we can assist you. We accept returns within 7 days for like-new merchandise for a 100% refund. Like-new merchandise within one month is a 90% refund, with a 10% reduction per month thereafter. Special orders of product not regularly stocked may be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
